Meet McGhie
Real Estate Broker | FounderMcGhie started his career in real estate after graduating from U.C. Santa Barbara with a degree in US History in 2002. He went immediately to work at one of the largest residential property management firms in the San Francisco Bay Area where he developed strong negotiating skills and honed his ability to provide solutions to complex issues and resolve conflicts.
McGhie moved to Beverly Hills, CA in 2014 when he saw an opportunity to provide a new, unparalleled level of service in the property management space, focused exclusively on high-end, single family homes, condos and townhomes for an elite clientele. As a former United States Marine, with two deployments to Iraq, McGhie's leadership, professionalism, accountability and strong commitment to his clients were acknowledged when the firm he founded was named "Beverly Hills Best" Property Manager in 2021 and 2022.
After successfully exiting his previous company, McGhie combined forces with a talented colleague and trusted friend, Igor Lerman, to set another, higher benchmark of service and professionalism in luxury property management, forming Spire Estate Services. McGhie has developed a sophisticated network of clients, developers, public figures, celebrities and community leaders from across the country and around the world who trust him and his firm with their property management and real estate needs.
McGhie enjoys staying active, being outdoors, loves to read and is an avid fan of the San Francisco 49ers and San Francisco Giants. He serves on the Board of several non-profits focused on supporting public education and transitional housing for those in need. McGhie has two children, one cat, one dog and a fish named Gus.
